Eligibility Criteria

Here are the main eligibility criteria for Odisha Subhadra Scheme:

  1. Applicant must be a resident of Odisha.
  2. Only Women Can Apply for this Scheme.
  3. One family member can submit an application.
  4. Age : 21years or more and less than 60years, as on 01.07.2024.

Date of Birth of the applicant must not be earlier than 02.07.1964 and not later than 01.07.2023.

For the calculation of your age, the date of birth recorded in the Aadhaar card would be taken as the final date.

Exclusion Criteria

Individual Criteria (Any Women):-

  • Financial assistance is being received. Rs 1,500/- per month or Rs 18,000/- per year or more under any State or Central Government scheme.
  • However, Widows/Differently Abled Women/Women with sickle cell anemia shall be considered.

Family based Criteria:-

A women who either herself or whose family member is-

  • A Legislative Assembly (MLA) member, either present or past, or a Member of Parliament (MP)
  • An income Tax Payee.
  • An elected public representative in any Urban Local Body or Panchayat Raj Institution (Excluding Ward Member / Councillor)
  • Employed as a regular or contractual employee in State Government or Government of India or Public Sector Undertaking or Board or Local Body or Government Organization or is recieving pension after retirement. However, workers recieving honorarium and those engaged through outstanding agencies would be eligible and be considered, if otherwise eligible under this Scheme.
  • An elected / nominated / appointed representative in any Government Department or Undertaking or Board or Organozation of Government of India or State Government.
  • An owner of more than 5 acre of irrigated land or 10 acre of non-irrigatedof land.
  • An owner of a 4-wheeler. Motor Vehicle, Tractor, mini-trucks, samll commercialvehiclesand other similar light goods vehicles would not be incuded in this category and hence, their owners would be eligible and be considerd. if otherwise eligible under this scheme.
  • A woman from a family who does not have an NFSA or SFSS card and is applying for Subhadra Scheme, with a family income of Rs. is more than. ₹2.50 lakh for financial year 2023-24 (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only)

Documents required for Applying

Benefits of Odisha Subhadra Yojana

Under Odisha Subhadra Yojana, the following benefits are provided to the eligible. Under Odisha Subhadra Scheme, the following benefits will be provided to the eligible women beneficiaries:

  1. All beneficiaries will recieve Rs. 50,000/- over 5 years @ Rs. 10,000 per annum.
  2. The money will be deposited in 2 installments of Rs. Rs 5,000/- each.
  3. All beneficiaries will be provided a Subhadra Yojana Card (ATM-cum-Debit card)

  1. Distribution of application forms at:
    • Anganwadi Center (AWCs)
    • Block Offices
    • Common Services Center (CSCs)
    • Mo-Seba Kendra’s (MSKs)
  2. Submission of application forms (Hark Copies) at the CSC/MSK
  3. Collection & Digitisation of forms at CSCs/MSKs
  4. Issue of printed acknowledgement reciepts to beneficiaries
  5. Scanning & Uploading of forms
  6. Running of application through available databases
  7. Scrutiny by Block Level Committee.
  8. DBT to beneficiary.
  9. Applicants not to be charged at CSCs/MSKs/any other level
  10. Addequate Publicity by CSC/MSK
